Refund and Exchange policy

At Hudaib, we always aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help under the following conditions:
 
1. Return and Exchange Timeframe
 
Returns: Products can be returned within 3 days of the order date.
Exchanges: Products can be exchanged within 7 days of the order date.
 
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange
To accept an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
The original purchase invoice (or order number) must be included.
All accessories or gifts that arrived with the product must be present and in their original condition.
 
3. Non-Returnable Products
In accordance with health and safety standards, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personal items (such as underwear, cosmetics, and accessories).
Products that have been modified at the customer"s request.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse.
 
4. Shipping and Delivery Fees
Store Error: If the exchange or return is due to a store error (damaged or incorrect product), Hadab Online will cover all shipping costs.
Customer Request: If the exchange or return is at the customer"s request (change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
 
5. Refund Process
The product will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used (credit card, debit card, etc.).
The refund may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank"s policy.
